Cape Elizabeth, Maine native Jim Tselikis is the co-founder of Cousins Maine Lobster, which grew from a single Los Angeles food truck launched in 2012 into more than 75 trucks and fast-casual restaurants nationwide. A College of the Holy Cross graduate, Jim left a successful career in medical device sales to bring the authentic Maine lobster experience of his childhood to communities across the U.S., following a breakout Shark Tank partnership with Barbara Corcoran. By 2025, the brand surpassed $1 billion in cumulative sales, driven by Jim’s “Family First” and sustainability-focused leadership. An accomplished entrepreneur and author, Jim is an active Big Brothers Big Sisters mentor and a proud father to his daughters, Olive and Coco.
Scarborough, Maine native Sabin Lomac is the co-founder of Cousins Maine Lobster. A Hofstra University graduate, Sabin and his cousin Jim Tselikis set out to bring authentic Maine lobster to communities across the U.S. He is an accomplished author, frequent Food Network host, guest, and judge, and a longtime Big Brothers Big Sisters mentor who was named National Big Brother of the Year in 2016. Above all, Sabin is a proud father to his children, Enzo and Isla.
